Telescopes
The equipment below is what I currently use for observing and astrophotography. Like most astronomy setups, it has evolved over time and will undoubtedly continue to evolve in the future.
More than anything, this setup reflects my journey through the hobby: a mix of commercial equipment, DIY modifications, experimentation, and many lessons learned along the way.
Sky-Watcher Classic 150P
153mm aperture • 1200mm focal length
The Sky-Watcher Classic 150P was my introduction to serious astronomy. Originally designed as a visual Dobsonian telescope, it remains the heart of my setup today.
Its generous aperture provides excellent views of deep-sky objects while remaining portable and easy to use. Over time, it has become much more than a visual telescope through a series of modifications and upgrades.
